Rules and
Regulations of the Competitions
I. Painting Competition :-
1. Entry
Free.
2. The
competition may be conducted at the school campus and to be completed on or
before 22.10.2024, on a convenient date.
3. Convenient date and time for
conducting the competition at your school may be intimated to us two days
prior, via email id: kovaipex2024@gmail.com or to our Whatsapp number 83007
87370. So that, one officer from India
Post will be deputed to the School for conducting the competition.
4. The
Theme for the competition is “Vibrant Beauty- Peacock”.
5. Eligibility: Students from 6th
to 12th standard can participate.
6. The Painting must be on White
coloured Chart paper maximum size of 50cm * 50 cm.
7. Duration of the competition:
One hour.
8. Stencils are not allowed.
9. Text (including theme, file,
name etc) should not be written on the front of the painting.
10. Students can use any medium of
colouring (color pencil, crayons, poster colours, water colors, oil colors,
acrylic colour etc)
11. Painting chart and colors are
to be brought by the students themselves, as per their requirement.
12. The chart paper of the student
should be attested by the officers of this Department before commencement of
painting by the student.
13. Name of the student, date of
birth, standard, name of the School with address, contact number must be
clearly mentioned on the back of drawing in the English Language.
14. All the entries are to be
handed over to our officer after completion of the competition. The best ten
(10) entries may be selected by the School Authorities separately.
15. Evaluation will be done at our
end and details of first three prize winners will be informed to the
School.
16. First three winners will be awarded
suitably.
17. E-certificates will be
provided to all the participants. The same will be sent to the email id of the
School.
18. First prize winner will be
called for the Final Painting Competition which will be conducted at the venue
of the Exhibition on either of the days of the exhibition i.e., 12th
or 13th Nov 2024. The theme for the Final Competition will be
intimated on the spot.
19. The best painting shall be
used as a Picture Post Card which will be released at the Exhibition.
20. India Post reserves the right
to use the picture in any form.
